You've read the books.
You've tried the frameworks.
Something's still missing.

Most often relationship problems are disguised as skill problems.

Most leadership development teaches tactics — better meetings, better delegation, better time management. Useful, but incomplete.

I complete the leadership development by bringing the tactics, models, and tools along with relationship building.

If you're a people manager, some of this probably sounds familiar:

— You second-guess yourself before hard conversations, so they keep getting delayed.

— You've read the leadership books, but you're still not sure how to actually be different with your team day to day.

— You suspect your team trusts your title more than they trust you.

What actually changes a team isn’t a new system. It’s what happens when a leader becomes more honest, more humble, and easier to trust.

The Approach

I help leaders strengthen the relationship they have with their team.

Everything I teach exists to help leaders build healthier, stronger relationships with the people they lead.

Stop avoiding the hard conversations, because avoidance quietly costs you trust.

Get more comfortable saying, ”I missed that.” Your team will respect you more for it.

Become more consistent so your team always knows what to expect.

Stop measuring success by output alone and start noticing whether your team feels safe being honest with you.

Start using the words, ”I was wrong”, because they strengthen trust, not weaken it.

Build the kind of relationship where your team follows you because they want to, not just because of your title.

Culture, productivity, and communication all improve as a result. But those are the outcomes, not the starting point.

It is great to have a coach who is not afraid to ask the tough questions, and ask the right questions to help you get unstuck, and to have ideas that are new and within reach. I always walk away from our sessions ready to accomplish my goals and objectives. It’s extra helpful to have a Christian perspective.

Why Reggie

I’m not coaching from the sidelines.

I’ve led small teams and megasize teams. I’m still an employee, not just a business owner, so I know what it feels like to be managed, and to manage. My clients tell me the same thing most often: I listen. Really listen.

Developing leaders is what I actually love doing.

Look, systems matter. But people don't follow systems. They follow leaders they trust. That's why I help leaders strengthen the relationship they have with their team, because healthier relationships produce healthier communication, greater ownership, stronger cultures, and better results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is leadership coaching for?

People managers who are willing to receive honest feedback, own their mistakes, and do the harder, more human work of leading people well.

What makes your coaching different?

Every coaching relationship is customized to your growth and development. I don’t bring a one size fits all approach. My only agenda is your success and helping you become the kind of leader your team trusts and wants to follow.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

We'll have a real conversation about you, your team, and what's getting in the way. Together, we'll get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and whether coaching is the right fit.

Do I have to know exactly what I need before we start?

Not at all. Many leaders know something isn't working, but can't quite put their finger on it. That's one of the reasons for the Discovery Call. Together, we'll identify what's really getting in the way and determine the best path forward.

What can I expect during a coaching session?

You can expect me to listen. Really listen. We'll work through your real leadership challenges, and you'll leave each session with practical action steps you can apply immediately.

How often do we meet?

While many coaches meet monthly, I prefer a biweekly rhythm because it creates better momentum. You'll have enough time to apply what you're learning without waiting so long that challenges pile up or progress stalls. It keeps coaching practical, your goals moving forward, and your growth accelerating.

Can you coach my leadership team?

Absolutely. I offer both one-on-one coaching and group coaching for leadership teams. If we coach as a group, we'll first align on the outcomes everyone is working toward together.

Do you coach virtually or in person?

Both. Virtual coaching allows me to work with leaders anywhere. Because I'm based in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, I'm also available for in person coaching when schedules and location allow.

Do you provide workshops or leadership training?

Yes. Every organization has different needs, so we'll first clarify the outcomes you're looking for, then determine whether I'm the right fit for your team.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every leader's goals are different. If you're clear about what you want to accomplish and committed to doing the work, I'm confident we'll either achieve your desired outcomes or make meaningful progress toward them.
